Privacy Policy — ELASTOBEL n8n

This Privacy Policy describes how ELASTOBEL n8n, operated by TECHNOLOKA PLUS LLC, Republic of Belarus ("ELASTOBEL", "we", "us"), accesses, uses, stores, and shares information obtained through Google APIs.
ELASTOBEL n8n is an internal business automation application intended for authorized business users.
2. Information We Access
With authorization from the Google account holder, the application may access:
- Google Sheets spreadsheet content.
- Product names, identifiers, descriptions, and product groups.
- Spreadsheet and file identifiers, titles, and related metadata.
- Other spreadsheet information accessible under the granted Google OAuth permissions.
The application uses Google OAuth permissions necessary for its configured integrations. These permissions are not necessarily restricted to individual spreadsheets.
3. How We Use Information
Data obtained through Google APIs is used to:
- Retrieve and maintain business product information.
- Identify relationships between products.
- Generate product recommendations.
- Prepare AI-assisted draft responses to customer reviews.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot business automation workflows.
Google user data is used for the business purposes described in this policy.
4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
ELASTOBEL n8n uses the OpenAI API to assist with generating draft customer responses.
Relevant product information obtained from Google Sheets and customer review content may be transmitted to OpenAI when required to perform these functions.
We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
We do not intentionally disclose Google OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, or account passwords to AI service providers.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Information processed by ELASTOBEL n8n may be stored in workflow execution records, application databases, and other configured operational storage.
Retention periods depend on the application's configuration, workflow settings, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
Execution records may be automatically deleted according to configured retention policies. Certain business records may be retained separately and are not necessarily deleted when execution history is removed.
Users may request information about their stored data or ask for its deletion using the contact information provided below. Such requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, advertising profiling, or data brokerage.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the application, including Google services, n8n infrastructure, and OpenAI for AI-assisted draft generation.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
7. Data Security
We use Google OAuth authorization and access controls to manage connections to Google services.
Access to internal automation workflows is intended to be restricted to authorized personnel.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure.
8. User Control and Revocation
Users can manage or revoke ELASTOBEL n8n's access to their Google account at:
https://myaccount.google.com/connectionsRevoking authorization prevents further access through that authorization.
Revocation does not automatically remove information already stored in application records. Users may contact us to request deletion of retained information, subject to applicable requirements.
9. Google API Services User Data Policy
ELASTOBEL n8n's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the applicable Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only for the disclosed functionality of this application.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when our application functionality, data processing practices, or legal requirements change.
